Pantone Portable Guide Studio PMS is a practical set with all the necessary working tools. It is a complete collection of the graphic products from Pantone and consists of nine fans. This collection ensures you a high professional level for graphic designers.
The package with nine fans contains:

All nine fans are delivered in a practical travelling bag.
Pantone has per 5 March 2019 released 54 new metallic colours inclusive a rose gold base ink. The 300 Premium Metallics colors, the 301 Metallic color and the new 54 metallic colours are now gathered in a complete set in the form of one fan instead of two fans. Now you will get a total of 655 metallic colour inclusive the 54 new metallic colours.
Per September 17th Pantone has launced 294 new PMS colors. The premium colours are ideal for packaging. The metallic colors are ideal for detail products, marketing, sale materials etc.
With Pantone's expansion of the new graphic colors in the Matching System®-collection, released in January 2023, Pantone has also changed the recipe in the base ink. The 224 new Pantone colors fill the gaps in the Matching System color scale with more dark neutral, green, blue and violet colors, based on comments and feedback from Pantone's many users.
Remember! Pantone's recommendation is to replace fans/guides every 12-18 months!

Please note: the mottled appearance of the uncoated guide is not a quality issue. In fact, it was designed this way. In reality, printing with lithographic ink on uncoated paper is very challenging. The uncoated guides are meant to show the designer what to expect, so generally they look faded and noisy. Most people think that printing on uncoated paper gives poor results because the ink sinks into the paper, but this is not the case. The ink does not stick to the uncoated sheet as the surface is not smooth.
