Pantone Color Bridge SET
PANTONE Color Bridge SET, contains both fans, coated and uncoated. Color Bridget SET is the most widely used color tool in the fashion and interior design industry.
The fan acts as a translation tool and allows you to design in Pantone and print in CMYK.
The fan allows you to specify and manage colors across print graphics, digital design, web, animation and video.
The fan contains a total of 2,359 Pantone graphic colors. With a Pantone Color Bridge you can always see how a given Pantone solid color will be reproduced if it is printed in CMYK. The fan also contains HTML and RGB values so that the colors can be used on different media.
Pantone Color Bridge has colors arranged in a chromatic and practical portable fan format - CMYK screen tint percentages are displayed next to all solid colors - All colors are clearly marked with Pantone numbers or color names - Icons that clearly indicate whether a color can be reproduced satisfactorily in CMYK and / or RGB Pantone Color Bridge can be bought in both a coated and an uncoated fan, choose which fan you want.
With Pantone's expansion of the new graphic colors in the Matching System®-collection, released in January 2023, Pantone has also changed the recipe in the base ink. The 224 new Pantone colors fill the gaps in the Matching System color scale with more dark neutral, green, blue and violet colors, based on comments and feedback from Pantone's many users.

Please note: the mottled appearance of the uncoated guide is not a quality issue. In fact, it was designed this way. In reality, printing with lithographic ink on uncoated paper is very challenging. The uncoated guides are meant to show the designer what to expect, so generally they look faded and noisy. Most people think that printing on uncoated paper gives poor results because the ink sinks into the paper, but this is not the case. The ink does not stick to the uncoated sheet as the surface is not smooth.
